My Attitude as a Coach
I treat people with respect for their individuality and see potential, not problems, in their contradictions. I do not see change as a quick fix, but as a conscious, reflective process that arises from genuine contact and a clear goal. My approach is humanistic, systemic and deeply development-orientated. I combine depth with lightness – with integrity, optimism and professional clarity.
Career
After graduating from high school and studying business administration, I held several roles in multinational corporations, e.g. Senior Manager Corporate Development at T-Online AG. At that time I was very irritated by my experiences in a silo-like organised company that made too little use of the creative and creative power of its own employees. Recognising this untapped potential and the underlying possibility for change in the joint work of people motivated me greatly to do things differently and better myself.

In 2005, I therefore decided to turn my back on employment in order to work as an independent management consultant based on my knowledge of organisations, people and processes as a systemic consultant and coach. Since then, I have undergone a wide range of training in the areas of systemic organisational development, change management, communication, psychology, agile project management and agile corporate management. Today, I advise entrepreneurs and managers on the development of innovative strategies and the design of change processes, which often entail a change in corporate culture. I am passionate about researching and publishing on the power of innovation and the need for change in companies in today’s times of upheaval. I also contribute my expertise in the form of teaching and training assignments, including at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and the Leuphana University of Lüneburg, where I am a guest lecturer.
Background & Family
Born in 1972 and raised in the two formative cultures of Germany and Sweden, I was sensitised to different values, behaviours and logics almost from the cradle. Today I live with my husband Karsten and our two children Linnea and Victor on a historic vineyard in Bingen on the Rhine. In addition to my professional activities, I am above all a family man with a large circle of friends and love long hikes in the Alps, lively discussions with as many different people and opinions as possible, philosophical literature, yoga, the archipelago of my native Sweden - and, last but not least, a chilled glass of good Riesling.

Author
“When the game changes, it doesn’t help to just change the rules!”
How can a company still structured around principles rooted in the military meet the demands of today’s modern society? New business models are disrupting entire markets overnight, social media is turning corporations into glass houses, and younger generations are entering a job market they often find uninspiring.
To turn these challenges into opportunities, a radical transformation of both structure and culture is essential. This book highlights the paths taken by successful companies to master the disruptive change that is now required.

Social commitment
My own school experience, the resulting awareness of the profound influence education has on shaping lives, and the birth of my daughter Linnea in 2003 led me to co-found the "Bilingual Montessori School Ingelheim" as a volunteer board member. The school applies learning principles grounded in the systemic approach. Today, it has grown into a four-track secondary school, attended by approximately 350 students and supported by a team of around 50 staff members.
