I support teams in taking their collaboration to a new level – with clarity of purpose, role awareness and a shared identity. Together we create the conditions for teams to develop their full effectiveness, deal productively with conflicts and take responsibility together. I work individually and tailored to the respective context – methodically versatile and focussed on what is really needed.
I use the Team Management System (TMS) selectively and on request.
