Leadership means taking responsibility for people, impact and development.
It starts with self-leadership - those who do not know and reflect on themselves cannot effectively guide others.
Effective leadership provides orientation without exercising control - clear in the matter, human in the relationship.
It creates space for trust, learning processes and personal responsibility.
Responsibility in leadership also means dealing with complexity, uncertainty and ambivalence with confidence.
It requires a deep understanding of the strategic logic of an organisation and at the same time for the people in it.
I understand leadership as systemic, development-orientated and characterised by integrity, courage and clarity.
